It’s late and I’m in the gym for my last regular day before my deload week. Nutrition is a work in progress, but I’ve lost 5 more pounds being committed to the plan. Something I’ve been paying special attention to is my sodium intake. There are alot of foods, drinks, and supplements I’ve had to think twice about because the sodium is so high. I feel paying attention to these small things is helping me to continue to progress. Remember, good thoughts don’t make good bodies. At the end of the day it’s body, mind, and soul.
