Back to the Basics
Week 1
The hardest thing in the world is to start. The start of my lifting was a miserable challenge. However, I made a decision and somewhat got through the first week. I consider this progress after 3 months of thinking about it. I especially had progress in the nutrition department. I’m struggling, but I’m moving towards my goal. My body remembers the high of lifting weights. Unfortunately, it doesn’t feel the same about cardio. Look for my weekly updates every Wednesday.
