Week 2
This week’s training was little tougher due to the fact I returned to mat for jiu jitsu. Three months off and my body hated me. My lifting continues to improve overall, slowly. I’m paying special attention to form because I don’t want to rush to get results and cause an injury. Nutrition wise I started off better. However, I really slacked off at the end. My daytime eating has to improve in order to see positive weight lose. Look for my weekly updates every Wednesday.
