From the Couch to the Platform: Week 3

Week 3

Training this week has been productive with a couple bumps along the way. I still found a way to gain 5 pounds, which after all my hard work is another opportunity to improve. My eating and nutrition is getting better.  However, it is my greatest area of opportunity to improve and see changes.
