Are you just starting out or do you need someone to push you harder than you push yourself? We’ll help you with that. We set weekly goals for you and based off your check-in results, we adjust. Can’t make it to the gym? We’ll create an alternative for you to do at home instead. Going on vacation? Don’t worry! We have an alternate fitness routine for that as well. For an additional fee, we’ll also provide in person check-ins, or the water fitness plan of your chosen plan.
